Mr O Mitreski
was working at a farm in Kent, where he lived in a caravan with other Bulgarian workers. While walking to the caravan one lunchtime, a forklift reversed into him, crushing his left foot.

was manhandling heavy vehicle components, at a factory in the West Midlands. No manual handling training had been provided. As a result he suffered a hernia injury.
