was working at a factory in Enfield, Essex. His accident happened when he tripped over a loose grating. As result he suffered a shoulder injury.

was helping to carry a sash window that was slightly open. In the process the window snapped shut, severely damaging his two thumbs.

was helping to adjust some formwork, but no lifting equipment had been provided. The formwork toppled over, breaking his thumb and two of his fingers.

was placing concrete blocks on a scaffolding platform, above head height. In the process he dropped one of the blocks, which caused an injury to his wrist.

was removing a buried rock from a hole. Without warning, his supervisor plunged his spade into the hole, strking the client’s hand and damaging two of his fingers.

was using a crowbar to remove shuttering, on a building site in London. In the process, a large piece of shuttering fell, injuring his hand.
