At the end of each claim, I always send my clients a feedback questionnaire.
I always ask the following questions:
- How approachable and friendly was the service?
- How well were you kept informed?
- How competent did you feel the service was?
- How concerned was the firm about your case?
- How well was the legal advice explained?
- Any other comments.
